- Generally speaking, the total cycle time for small orders with quantities less than 50 pieces is 7-10 days, for medium-volume orders with quantities of 50-100 pieces is 10-20 days, and for large quantity orders with quantities of 500 pieces or more is 20-40 days.
- If there is a complex design or further surface treatment is required, the lead time will be increased by 3-5 days. You can give us 3D design drawings in advance to shorten the lead time!
- Polishing: The surface of the brass handrail is polished by grinding to give the surface a smoother look.
- Powder Coating: Coating the surface of brass handrails with dry powder can improve corrosion and abrasion resistance.

- C220:C220 brass has good machinability, strength, and ductility. But it is easy to chop and stick when cutting.
- H59/H26：H59/H62 brass is suitable for low-strength decorative parts, architectural door and window fittings. The machinability of H59/H62 is not as good as that of C360, and it is easy to be corroded in humid and acidic environments.
- Daily Cleaning: For fingerprints and dust on the brass handrail, you can wipe it with a cloth dipped in a neutral cleaner. Then rinse it with water and dry the surface with a dry cloth.
- Deep Cleaning: For stubborn stains, you can use a professional brass cleaner. Then, apply wax to form an antioxidant layer on the brass handrails.
- ATTENTION: You should not use chlorine-based cleaners or brush with a steel wool ball, which can corrode or scratch the surface.
