Why do I need such a large vent on the top of my sodium hydroxide storage tank?

Because when you fill a tank quickly, air needs a way to get out fast so your tank does not swell or pop. KDMSTEEL install vents that are four times bigger than your fill pipe to keep the air pressure safe.

Do I have to get a white tank or are there other colors?
